Two from S.C. earn doctorates at New Orleans Seminary

Two students from South Carolina received doctorates from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary Dec. 14. Scott Palmer Stancil from Spartanburg, who serves as senior pastor at First Baptist Church in Lyman, received the doctor of educational ministry degree; and Mark Edward Foster from Spartanburg, who serves in ministry at Edgewater Baptist Church in New Orleans, La., received the doctor of philosophy degree.
