Washington Avenue Baptist Church in Greenville has called Seth Phillips as minister of music.

Phillips earned a master’s degree in music education from Anderson University and bachelor’s degree from Southern Wesleyan University. He previously served as minister of music at Calvary Hill Baptist Church in Easley for three years.

He has been involved with the Barbershop Harmony Society for five years and sings tenor with the “Partners in Rhyme” barbershop quartet.
