I would like to respond to the “tongues” issue by asking this: Did the same Jesus who said in Mark 16:15, “Go ye into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature,” continue his command in verse 17 by saying, “In my name … they shall speak with new tongues”?
I think Baptists are getting on dangerous ground when they take the scripture “al a carte” to satisfy “their doctrine.”
I am a believer who speaks and prays in the prayer language of the Holy Ghost.
