Michele Gore
Tom GoreA husband-wife team with ties to South Carolina has been appointed as missionaries by the North American Mission Board.
Hugh “Tom” and Michele Gore are now serving in Milford, N.H., where Tom has been appointed as a church-planting missionary pastor. Prior to his new post, Tom was children’s minister at Apex Baptist Church, Apex, N.C.
A South Carolina native, Tom earned a B.A. degree in political economy at the University of South Carolina and also attended Campbell University, Buies Creek, N.C., Coastal Carolina University, and Southeastern Baptist Seminary.
Michele, a North Carolina native, earned an A.A. degree at Southeastern Community College, Whiteville, N.C., and also attended Southeastern Baptist Seminary. The Gores have three children: Hugh, Tristan and Olivia.
