David RobinsonDAVID ROBINSON has retired as pastor of First Baptist Church, Wagener, where he has served for 11 years. He and his wife Rose Ann have moved to the Lugoff area, where he served as pastor of First Baptist for 22 years.
Daryl DavidsDARYL DAVIDS has resigned as pastor of Wedgefield Baptist Church, Santee Association, where he has served since 1993. During his 13-year tenure, the church has added 258 new members – 179 of which were baptized; licensed three and ordained two persons to the ministry; constructed a new sanctuary and fellowship building; and sponsored two new congregations, one of which – Life Changing Community Church in Sumter – is the first African-American Southern Baptist congregation in the area.
