Erskine Theological Seminary will host a luncheon for alumni and others interested in the seminary on Nov. 14 during the annual meeting of the South Carolina Baptist Convention.
The luncheon will be held at Ruby Tuesday on Wade Hampton Boulevard in Taylors, less than two miles from First Baptist Church, Taylors, where the SCBC meeting will take place.
Those who attend the luncheon will be guests of the seminary, said Randa Mammarella, director of seminary relations. Interested persons should contact Mammarella at randa@erskine.edu or 864-379-6639.
Of the 400 current students at Erskine Seminary, more than a quarter are Southern Baptists, Mammarella said. “There are several hundred Baptist alumni of Erskine Seminary,” she added.
She said the luncheon will be an opportunity for alumni and friends of the seminary to come to together for “a time of fellowship, a renewal of connection and a time to learn more about Erskine Seminary.”
