Theresa Garrett reminds attendees how God can change hearts.The 2007 Creative Ministries Festival was held April 20-21 at St. Andrews Baptist Church, Columbia. The annual festival draws creative art teams from churches all across the Southeast. This year, more than 550 puppeteers, clowns, interpretive movement teams, balloon artists and more gathered to hone their skills and learn about ministry though art. Under the theme “Kingdom Hearts Thru Kingdom Art,” clinicians instructed all ages and ministry groups.
