Each year the Christian Life and Pubic Affairs Committee recognizes one individual and one church body for Christian involvement in the public arena of politics, government and community affairs.
To nominate an individual for the 2007 E.A. McDowell Award, submit a detailed account of the nominee’s qualifications and a statement about why the nominee should be the recipient of the award. Nominations must include the nominee’s full name, address, day phone, church and pastor. The nomination must also include the same information from the nominator.
To nominate a church for the Impact Your World Award, submit a letter of recommendation with a list of ministry activities/events in which members of the church have been involved. Nominations must include all contact information for the church (including the pastor’s name) and the nominator’s full name, address, and daytime phone.
