Miller named to VP position at North Greenville University

Alex Miller of Black Mountain, N.C., has been named vice president for university advancement at North Greenville University.

Since 2003, Miller has served as vice president for institutional advancement at Mars Hill College. His career has spanned 20 years and includes fundraising positions with Montreat College, Habitat for Humanity International, Asheville Area Habitat for Humanity, the University of North Carolina-Asheville, and Southern Baptist Seminary.

He is a 1975 graduate of Mars Hill College and a 1986 graduate of Southern Baptist Seminary.

Miller and his wife Lynn have six children.
