Patricia Ann Revell “Pat” Lemmons, 75, of West Columbia, a founding member of the South Carolina Baptist Ministry Assistants Association, died Aug. 22, 2008.
Born in Hartsville, she was an active member of Northside Baptist Church for more than 50 years. She retired from Northside Baptist Church after 25 years as a church administrative assistant in 1995.
She served as a member for the ad hoc committee that founded the South Carolina Baptist Ministry Assistants Association and served as the first president in 1984-85.
Survivors include her husband, Donald Roy Lemmons, two children and three grandchildren.
