FRIENDSHIP BAPTIST CHURCH, Barnwell, recently held baptism for 12 new members. Rev. Marshall Still baptized four of his grandchildren; Rev. Dan Boineau baptized two of his grandsons; and John Nixon, who has been pastor at Friendship for 24 years, baptized the remaining six people.
James WilesJAMES WILES has been called as pastor by Hunt’s Memorial Baptist Church, Easley, where he has served as interim since April. Wiles was a member of Holly Ridge Baptist Church, Simpsonville, where he served in various ministries over the past 14 years. He is a graduate of Andersonville Theological Seminary. He and his wife Wanda have two children, Jay and Lee.
