HOWARD FOSTER began duties Sept. 22 as senior pastor of Five Forks Baptist Church, Simpsonville. During his 30 years in the ministry, he has served churches in Virginia and South Carolina. A certified chaplain, he most recently served with Bon Secours St. Francis Health System in the Open Arms Hospice Ministry. He also is an adjunct professor of biblical studies at Southern Wesleyan University. He is a graduate of Clemson University and Southeastern Baptist Seminary. He and his wife Jane have two children, Caralee and David.
STEVEN RAGAN has been called as minister of youth/children/recreation by Holston Creek Baptist Church, Inman. A graduate of Erskine College, he was ordained to the ministry by Putnam Baptist Church, Laurens, where he served as interim youth minister as well as senior pastor.
KYLE RICHTER is serving as youth pastor of Antioch Baptist Church, Edgefield. He is a graduate of North Greenville University, where he was BSU president, and Southeastern Baptist Seminary. He is a Bible teacher at Greenwood Christian School and also serves as a guidance counselor for middle and high school boys.
TIM ANDERSON has been called as pastor of Immanuel Baptist Church, Lancaster. He attended North Greenville University, Carson-Newman College, and Midwestern Baptist Seminary. Previous pastorates include Buffalo Baptist Church, Buffalo; Garner Memorial Baptist Church, Anderson; Mechanicsville Baptist Church, Darlington; and Rockton Baptist Church, Winnsboro. Anderson and his wife Sharon have two children, T.J., 18 and Stacey, 16.
