Ronnie James

RONNIE JAMES is the new children’s pastor at Millbrook Baptist Church, Aiken. He joined the staff in May after serving in a similar capacity at First Baptist Church, Batesburg. He also previously served at Flat Rock and Homeland Park Baptist churches in Anderson. He is a graduate of Anderson College and Andersonville Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Jan, have two sons.

 

 

 

 

 

 

BRYAN COX is the new pastor of New Hope Baptist Church, Mauldin. He began duties in October. He previously served at Cross Roads Baptist Church, Seneca.

 

Chris Masters

CHRIS MASTERS began work Nov. 9 as associate pastor for senior adults at Millbrook Baptist Church, Aiken. He previously served at First Baptist Church, Langley, and at three churches in North Carolina. He is a graduate of Gardner-Webb University and the university’s divinity school. He also holds a doctor of ministry degree from Covington Theological Seminary. He has served on the Committee on Committees of the South Carolina Baptist Convention. He and his wife, Areshia, have two children.

 

 

 

 

 

Kevin Walker

KEVIN WALKER has been called as senior pastor by Hillcrest Baptist Church, Laurens. He began his duties Sept. 8. He previously was associate pastor at Stone Station Baptist Church in Roebuck. He and his wife, Stacey, have a son.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

CHRISTOPHER GULLEDGE has been called as pastor by Buck Creek Baptist Church, Chesnee. He began duties Dec. 7. He and his wife Stacey and three of their children – Paxton, Crickette and Ethan – will be relocating to Chesnee from Headland, Ala. He is a graduate of Florida Baptist College, and Liberty Baptist Seminary. He also attended Southwestern and Mid America seminaries and is currently working on his Ph.D. in ministry leadership.

Husband-and-wife team BOB and SARAH FINLEY have been called as youth directors for Wando Woods Baptist Church, Charleston. They began their work Dec. 1. They previously served at Jacksonboro Baptist Church, Jacksonboro. Both are pursuing ministry degrees through the distance-learning program at Liberty University in Lynchburg, Va. They are the parents of two teenage children.
