TOM OWEN began duties Feb. 1 as pastor of Forest Hill Church, Anderson. He is a graduate of Georgia State University and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and has pastored several churches in Georgia since 1978. He and his wife Susan also served with the International Mission Board in Ecuador for four years. They have three children and 11 grandchildren.
CLIFF LEONARD began duties as pastor of New Providence Baptist Church, Hartsville, in January.
Bill PooreBILL POORE retired from the full-time pastorate April 12. He most recently served at Calvary Baptist Church, Lancaster, for four years. He is available for supply and interim positions. He and his wife live in Lancaster.
