Theron WillisTwo seniors – one who has worked this semester as an intern for The Baptist Courier and another who was cited by the Courier for his accomplishments in Christian studies – were among those recognized April 22 during the annual awards day at North Greenville University.
Theron Willis, a journalism major and a news and feature writer for the Courier during his internship, was honored as the Outstanding Print Media Student.
Caleb Murphree, a Christian studies major, received the 11th annual Horace Sims Jr. Award for excellence in that field, presented by The Baptist Courier. He also won the excellence in Greek award.
