Josephine Brunson “Jo” Wells, 91, of Hartsville, widow of David J. Wells Sr., a Baptist pastor, died July 15, 2009.
Born March 9, 1918, in Greenville, she was a retired public school teacher with 30 years of service. She was a recipient of the Star Teacher Award by Darlington County Public Schools.
Survivors include three children, six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
