Two South Carolina Baptist churches recently sent volunteers to Bethea Baptist Retirement Community in Darlington to help with a variety of projects there.
Mt. Vernon Baptist Church, Loris, sent a group to help with cleanup around the lake at Bethea and to work on crafts with the residents. In addition, the handbell choir of First Baptist Church, Barnwell, performed for Bethea residents and staff.
