Stone names 35 to GCR task force

Fred Stone, outgoing president of the South Carolina Baptist Convention, on Nov. 19 released the names of the members of the South Carolina Great Commission Resurgence Task Force.

Stone was authorized by SCBC messengers Nov. 16 to appoint the task force, which is charged with formulating a response to the recommendations contained in the report of the SBC Great Commission Resurgence Task Force, which was adopted by Southern Baptists at their annual meeting in June.

The 35 members of the South Carolina task force include:
