SCBC-affiliated institutions will have special events on Tuesday, Nov. 15, in conjunction with the annual meeting of the South Carolina Baptist Convention.
The following will host “Lunch & Learn” sessions at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center:
? Charleston Southern University: “Understanding the Impact of Worship Styles and the Impact on Lostness.”
? South Carolina Baptist Foundation: “My Legacy of Faith” (financial planning).
? South Carolina Baptist Ministries for the Aging: “7 Keys for Wellness for Seniors.”
Also, North Greenville University will host an alumni and friends luncheon at 12:30 p.m. at Columbia First Baptist Church. The cost is $10, and tickets may be purchased at NGU’s booth in the exhibit hall. Transportation will be provided to and from the convention center. On Tuesday evening, immediately following the evening session, Anderson University will host a milk and cookies reception in the Lexington Room of the convention center. All are welcome, and reservations are not necessary.
