The congregation of Smyrna Baptist Church, Pageland, observed Pastor Appreciation Day in a unique way: Members used clothespins to attach envelopes containing gifts of appreciation for pastor Todd Montgomery, his wife Sharon, and their daughter Kristen.

East Side Baptist Church, Lancaster, recently hosted Moriah Association’s annual Senior Adult Inspirational Meeting, with 23 churches represented and 186 in attendance. Guest speaker was Jimmy Epting, president of North Greenville University. Special music was provided by the President’s Quartet, whose members are Epting, Steve Crouse, Laverne Howell and East Side pastor Scott Lewellen.
