South Carolina Baptist Convention president Brad Atkins has announced his appointments to the 2013 Committee on Committees.
The Committee on Committees will consider and present for approval nominees to the convention’s standing committees at next year’s annual meeting, to be held Nov. 12-13 in Columbia.
D.J. Horton, pastor of Anderson Mill Road Baptist Church in Moore (Spartanburg County Network) will serve as the 2013 Committee on Committees chairman. Seth Buckley, minister to students at Spartanburg First Baptist Church, will be vice chairman.
Other members will be: *B.J. Bateman, Taylors (Taylors First); Hans Wunch, Ware Shoals (Calvary); *Lisa Willard, Darlington (Calvary); Bryan Fields, Elloree (Elloree First); Bart Kelley, Westminster (Bethel); Perrin Powell, Spartanburg (Peach Valley);
Also, Jason Fletcher, Camden (Hermitage); Mark Krieger, Pickens (Northside); Zach Shaw, Easley (Pendleton Street); Dusty Bradshaw, North Charleston (Hillcrest); David Lyles, Newberry (West End); Heath Carruth, Greer (Cross Roads); Johnny Bridges, Gaffney (Central).
