Hal Stewart, formerly of Pickens, has been named professor of discipleship and will hold the Broadmore Chair of Discipleship at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary beginning Aug. 1.
A graduate of Southeastern and New Orleans Baptist seminaries, Stewart is a former staffer at McCall Royal Ambassador Camp.
