Frankie Sherman, of Laurens, has published “The Confident Woman: Who the I AM Says I Am” (CrossBooks).
The new guide “helps readers become the empowered woman God knows they are,” according to a press release.
Sherman, an author, speaker and Bible teacher for women’s events, is a member of Laurens First Baptist Church. She hopes “The Confident Woman” will “help women shed the chains of insecurity and discover the confident life that Christ provides.”
Readers will find themselves participating in 31 devotions that Sherman has crafted to help them develop godly confidence by affirming who they are in Christ. Utilizing her biblical knowledge and life experiences, Sherman articulates from God’s word that she hopes will inspire readers to define themselves from God’s perspective.
