S.C. students earn seminary degrees

Students with South Carolina ties recently earned degrees at Southwestern and New Orleans Baptist theological seminaries.

At Southwestern, graduates included Sara Lynn Hanberry of Columbia, master of arts in Christian education; Adam Martin of Irmo, master of divinity; and Randy Worley of Boiling Springs, master of arts in Christian education.

At New Orleans, Derek Brown from Manning, received the doctor of philosophy degree. Other graduates included John Appleby of Spartanburg, graduate certificate in biblical studies; and Bret Donald McIver of Jackson, master of divinity with specialization in collegiate ministry.
