Daniel Dickard,  a native of South Carolina, has received the 2015 LifeWay Pastoral Leadership Award and the G.R. and Jessie Klempnauer Memorial Academic Award at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

The LifeWay award is given in recognition of outstanding achievement as a graduating theology student preparing for pastoral ministry.

Last year, Dickard was awarded the Al and Beverly Fasol preaching award. He is a 2012 graduate of North Greenville University. He received a master of divinity degree in preaching and biblical languages from Southwestern in December 2014 and is now in the school’s Ph.D. program.

Dickard and his wife, Cassie, have one son, Conrad.
