Cooperative Program gifts received from South Carolina Baptist Convention churches through July 2015 were 4.23 percent below budgeted needs for the year, according to a report released Aug. 11 by Pam Carroll, the SCBC’s chief financial officer.

Churches forwarded $2,342,862.71 in CP gifts in July, bringing the total received since Jan. 1 to $15,921,088.25. The state convention’s 2015 operating budget is $28.6 million.
