SCBC messengers to consider bylaw changes at 2015 annual meeting
During the upcoming 2015 annual meeting of the South Carolina Baptist Convention, the Bylaws Committee of the convention, chaired by Bill Rigsby, pastor of North Anderson Baptist Church, will present recommendations for consideration, including second reading on bylaw changes approved in 2014.
