Danny Gray, 76, of Anderson, died Dec. 22, 2015.

Born in Williamston on Sept. 27, 1939, he served in the United States Navy and pastored churches in Georgia, Mississippi and South Carolina. He served as an evangelist for six years and retired at Mount Tabor Baptist Church in 2010.

Survivors include his wife, Joyce Whitworth Gray, a daughter, two grandchildren and one great-grandson.
