Billy Neal Millwood, 89, of Cowpens, died Feb. 26, 2016.

He graduated from Fruitland Baptist Bible Institute and was in the ministry for more than 46 years, having served 39 years at Love Springs Baptist Church, six years at Clifton Baptist Church, and as interim pastor at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church. He was a World War II Army veteran, stationed in Germany.

Survivors include his wife of 72 years, Genelle Walker Millwood, and two children.
