Magnolia Elizabeth Smith Lockaby, 96, of Belton, wife of the late pastor George W. Lockaby, died June 29, 2016.

Born in Pelzer, she was a member of Shady Grove Baptist Church. She served churches with her husband for more than 50 years.

Survivors include three children and one grandson.
