Benjamin “Ben” Francis Rogers Jr., 81, of Easley, died Aug. 3, 2017.

Born in Travelers Rest, he was a graduate of Mars Hill College and Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Ordained in 1966, he served churches in North Carolina, Virginia and South Carolina. He also served as a bivocational pastor while employed as a truck driver.

Survivors include his wife, Judy Granger Rogers, two children and two grandchildren.
