Anderson University reports that 65 students prayed to receive Jesus as savior at a campus worship service on Sept. 20.

Clayton King, whose Crossroads Worldwide ministry is headquartered at the AU campus, preached at the service. King is also teaching pastor at NewSpring Church in Anderson.

“The campus ministries team has been busy following up with new believers, encouraging them to connect with local churches, and guiding them in their next steps of faith in Christ,” said Wes Brashier, campus minister and vice president for Christian life.

Brashier also noted that 530 middle and high school students made first-time decisions for Christ during eight weeks of Crossroads Summer Camp at the school. More than 5,000 students attended the summer camps.
