T. Bart Kelley has been called as pastor of Barnwell First Baptist Church. Most recently he was pastor of Bethel Baptist Church in Oakway. Kelley, a former first vice president of the South Carolina Baptist Convention, has served on several SCBC committees and was a trustee at Connie Maxwell Children’s Home. Kelley and his wife, Tonya, have two daughters, Madison and Megan.
