Carolina Baptist Association recently returned from a successful mission trip to Huntersville, W.Va., under the leadership of Fred Holmes, mission development director.
The 38-member team completed a new roof for an elderly couple, held backyard Bible clubs, and ministered to the women’s prison birthing center and to the men’s federal prison.
The gospel was presented and seeds were planted, a spokesperson said. Two decisions for Christ were reported during a service at the men’s prison.
