Joshua Pegram has been called as senior pastor of Ashley River Baptist Church in Charleston.

Pegram comes to Ashley River from Morning Star Baptist Church in Rockford, Ill., where he has served for four years as senior pastor. Originally from Greenville, Pegram previously served on staff at Hampton Park Baptist Church.

He and his wife, Liz, have three children: Gracen, Clara Jane and Joseph.
