Herbert Allen O’Neal, 86, died June 21, 2018.

He served as the former pastor of Victory Baptist Church in James Island. He was a nationally awarded photographer and owned a photography studio while living in Atlanta, Ga.

Survivors include his wife of 68 years, Anita Hays O’Neal, a daughter, four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son.
