Phil Kelley, who has served a total of 40 years at Utica Baptist Church in Seneca, has retired. From 1978-1998, he was minister of music and youth; from 1998-2018, he was minister of music and senior adults. His wife, Molly, has led preschool music at the church for many years. The Kelleys have two married sons and seven grandchildren.
