Dickie and Dianne Cullum were honored at a retirement reception hosted by Dillon First Baptist Church on Oct. 28. Cullum has been senior pastor at the church for 23 years and has served 38 years in the ministry. He previously served churches in Holly Hill and Lexington. The Cullums plan to live in Myrtle Beach.
