Joe Willard has been elected director of missions for Welsh Neck Baptist Association. He previously served as pastor of Calvary Baptist Church in Darlington. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Charleston Southern University and master of divinity and doctor of ministry degrees from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has served on the South Carolina Baptist Convention Executive Board. He is married to the former Lisa Bellamy.
