Brian Childers began work as associate pastor and youth minister of Apalache Baptist Church, Greer, on Feb. 17. He previously served as youth pastor and, later, pastor of Hebron Baptist Church in Union. He and his wife, Gina, are the parents of a daughter, Brina.
