Mary Beth’s Kitchen: Fresh Fruit Cups

Take any fresh fruit that is in season at that time of year and toss together. I serve any of these fruit combinations in the morning about 15 to 20 minutes before breakfast. This makes sure that my family gets another serving of fruit for the day. The reason it’s eaten before breakfast is that fruit digests faster than other foods and will also help you to avoid indigestion.

May God bless!
