Bruce W. Evans has announced his retirement as pastor of Andersonville Baptist Church in Anderson, effective June 6. He has served the church for 30 years. During his tenure, Evans oversaw the addition of classroom space, a new family ministries building, and remodeling of the sanctuary. He and his wife, Norma Jean, have one daughter, Amy, and two grandsons, Tinsley and Brian Lee.
