The summer of 2006 began a new era of cooperation between North Greenville University and LifeWay Christian Resources. Centrifuge Camp was expanded to include Mission Fuge on the NGU campus.

“The combination camp was the most successful summer camp ever at North Greenville,” stated vice president for campus ministries Steve Crouse. “Not only did more campers and counselors attend our campus than ever before, there were 152 students who received Christ as their Lord and Savior.” This is a 53 percent increase in professions of faith over the 80 from last summer.

“In addition to Centrifuge, between 250 and 300 students did missions work in the greater Greenville area Tuesday through Friday each week. Students were not only challenged to receive Christ as Lord and to grow in their faith relationships with him, but through Mission Fuge they also had an opportunity to put their faith in action through ministry,” added Crouse.
