Dale Roach has been called as pastor of Manning First Baptist Church. The Rutherfordton, N.C., native has served as director of missions for Moriah Baptist Association in Lancaster since 2006. He previously served as pastor of Immanuel Baptist Church in Lancaster and Lakeview Baptist Church, Monroe, N.C.
Roach holds a doctor of ministry from Southern Seminary and a master of divinity from Southeastern Seminary. He is a 1983 graduate of Gardner-Webb University.
He and his wife Shelley are the parents of three grown children.
