Northbrook to host evangelism meeting

The second annual Upstate Evangelism Conference will be held Aug. 1-3 at Northbrook Baptist Church, Boiling Springs.

Co-sponsored by Spartanburg County Baptist Network, the conference will feature addresses by Southern Baptist Convention president Frank Page of Taylors; immediate-past SBC president Bobby Welch of Daytona Beach, Fla.; and South Carolina Baptist Convention president Mike Moody of Honea Path.

Others on the program include Tony Beam, North Greenville University; Robert Dickard, Chesterfield; David Gallamore, Easley; Jim Goodroe, Spartanburg; Mike Hamlet, North Spartanburg; Steve Hogg, Rock Hill; Eddie Leopard, Aiken; Greg Mathis, Hendersonville, N.C.; and Herb Reavis, North Jacksonville, Fla.

Special music will feature the gospel group Lordsong.
