David O’DonnellDavid O’Donnell is the new pastor of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church, Elko. He and his wife Carla come to Mt. Calvary from Chesnee. They have two children, Tyler, 6, and Lillian, 19 months.
Mancel Scott Brewington Sr. was called as pastor of Wayside Baptist Church, Laurens, on June 10. He is a graduate of North Greenville University and is working to complete graduate school at NGU. He and his wife Christy have two children, Sarah and Scottie.
Howard SuttlesHoward Suttles retired as pastor of Gap Creek Baptist Church, Marietta, June 24, after more than 40 years in the ministry. He served at Gap Creek for four years. His pastorates include Westville and Trinity, Greenville; Selma, Woodruff; Chauga, Westminster; Shiloh, Seneca; Haile Gold Mine, Kershaw; Parkway, Seneca; and Bethel, Fairfax. He and his wife Linda reside in Cross Hill.
