Description
Bob Strum’s “daytime job” is that of a dentist in Seneca, S.C. As a steel guitar player, however, his music really swings on “Strum the Gospel,” which Strum recorded in 2001. The CD includes a variety of styles from jazz and Hawaiian to old pop. His 12-string A-6th tuning on the Pedalmaster steel guitar produces unusually rich chording. Strum is a member of First Baptist Church, Westminster. To learn more about his music, or to purchase “Strum the Gospel,” visit Strum’s page at the Steel Guitar Forum, or write to him at bandcstrum@aol.com, or call 864-885-9888.
