Billy Belk was called as pastor of High Point Baptist Church, Lancaster, and began his ministry there in September. He is a graduate of North Greenville University, Fruitland Bible Institute, and Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Belk previously served churches in South and North Carolina, and most recently was pastor for six years at his home church, Macedonia Baptist Church in Monroe, N.C. He also serves as adjunct professor at Wingate University and as instructor at Fruitland Bible Institute.
