Resolutions to be considered at the 188th annual meeting of the South Carolina Baptist Convention must be received by Oct. 11.
Submissions should be as detailed as possible so the committee has a clear understanding of the intentions of the resolutions. Each proposed resolution must contain the name, address, daytime phone, and e-mail address of the person submitting the resolution. Also include the church’s name, address and phone number.
All submissions will be considered by the committee. According to convention bylaws, individuals desiring to speak to a resolution have the right to appear before the committee.
Resolutions for the Nov. 11-12 annual meeting in Columbia should be sent to the Resolutions Committee, c/o Janet Clonts, South Carolina Baptist Convention, 190 Stoneridge Drive, Columbia 29210, or by e-mail to janetclonts@scbaptist.org.
