Landreth joins North Greenville University staff

Wayne Landreth joined the North Greenville University staff June 1 as vice president for the Crusader Club and corporate and foundation giving.

In his 23 years of higher education experience, Landreth has served as senior vice president for the South Carolina Student Loan Corporation, executive vice president for the South Carolina Independent Colleges and Universities Inc., vice president at Newberry College, dean of enrollment at Columbia College, deputy director at the South Carolina Higher Education Tuition Grants Commission, and associate director of financial aid at Anderson College.

He earned his associate’s degree in liberal arts from Anderson College, a bachelor’s degree in management from Clemson University, and a master’s degree in higher education administration from the University of South Carolina. In addition, he is a graduate of the South Carolina Executive Institute and has additional graduate work in human resources development from Clemson.

Landreth and his wife Tonya have been married for 14 years.
